Can I redeem Scene+™ points for Home Hardware Gift Cards?
Yes, customers can redeem Scene+ points for both digital and physical Home Hardware gift cards. For In-store redemption Customers can redeem up to 50,000 Scene+ points (value of $500.00) per day. Digital eGift cards can be redeemed online at sceneplus.ca
Where can I use my Home Hardware Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be redeemed in any Home Hardware, Home Hardware Building Centre, Home Building Centre or Home Furniture location in-store or online at Homehardware.ca
How do I check the balance of my Gift Card?
Gift Card balance checks can be done at any Home Hardware location. Alternatively, Customers can call 1-877-384-7818 to check their balance
Will my Gift Card expire or decrease in value?
Home Hardware Gift Cards that have a balance will never expire and are never subject to additional fees.
What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced upon presentation of the original sales receipt. Replacement cards can only be reissued in-store at any Home Hardware, Home Hardware building Centre, Home Hardware Building Centre or Home Furniture location

Gift card scams are becoming more prevalent in today’s marketplace and are an issue for retailers and their customers.
How to Protect Yourself Against Gift Card Scams
Legitimate businesses or government agencies will never use Gift Cards as payment.
Do not respond to advertisements for Gift Cards. They are usually scams.
If you receive a call from a stranger indicating that a loved one needs help/ a government agency requires payment/they ask for payment of any kind through purchase of a Gift Card or they ask you to provide a gift card number: Stop and hang up.
Do not purchase any Gift Cards that have a PIN/CVC number visible/appear altered/damaged. When in doubt, ask an associate.
Always keep the sales receipt when purchasing a Gift Card for yourself or others.
